Wander through our snowy, undercover festive garden surrounded by Christmas trees.
Enjoy a tasty Hot Chocolate for Little Ones, while grown-ups can relax with a warming Mulled Wine.
Explore our Festive Sweet Shop, enjoy festive face painting and make a special Christmas wish at our wishing well.
Create your own Reindeer Food at our Build Your Own Reindeer Food Station, available to purchase for an additional cost.

What time shall I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked time slot. Your booking time is the start of your festive brunch in our barn.
How long does the experience last?
Your Fields Farm Grotto experience lasts approximately 2 hours.
Is the experience suitable for pushchairs?
Unfortunately, pushchairs cannot be accommodated throughout the whole experience. We recommend bringing a baby carrier for children under 1 year old.
I’ve booked the same date as my friend. Can we visit Santa together?
Yes! If you would like to visit Santa together, please make sure you book your tickets together under one booking.
What age is the experience suitable for?
Our experience is recommended for children up to 12 years old.
Will my 6-month-old baby receive a gift?
Under 6 months, tickets are free and do not include a gift. If you would like your baby to receive a present, please book an Under 2s ticket.
Can you cater for allergies and dietary requirements?
Yes. Please provide any dietary requirements or allergies when making your booking, so our team can prepare accordingly.
I can’t make my booking. Can I change it to another day?
Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or moved to another date.
Is any of the experience outdoors?
Yes. Some parts of the experience, including the reindeer and play area, are outdoors. Our Enchanted Garden is undercover and heated, but we recommend dressing warmly as you will be outside at various points.
What parking facilities do you have?
We have plenty of free on-site parking available for visitors.
