FIELDS FARM GROTTO – TERMS & CONDITIONS 

THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL TICKET PURCHASES AND ATTENDANCE AT THE FIELDS FARM GROTTO CHRISTMAS EXPERIENCE HELD AT FIELDS FARM, WITHIN OUR BARN AND EVENTS VENUE. 

BY PURCHASING A TICKET, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.

1. Tickets & Admission

All tickets must be purchased in advance and are valid only for the date and time stated on your booking confirmation.

Ticket prices are as follows:

Children: £27.50

Adults: £22.50

Under-2s: £10 (includes all activities except food)

Under 6 months: Free of charge (does not include food or a present from Santa)

Children must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.

Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold.

Entry will only be permitted upon presentation of a valid ticket (digital or printed).

Children Under 6 Months

• Children under 6 months are free of charge but do not receive a present and are not included in the Santa visit.
• If you are attending with only an under 6-month-old (and no other children), you are not eligible for a Santa visit under the free ticket.
• If you wish for your under 6-month-old to visit Santa in these circumstances, you will need to purchase an Under-2 ticket instead.

2. Cancellations, Refunds & Amendments

All ticket sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds once a booking has been made.

Date or time changes may be considered at our discretion, subject to availability and at least 14 days’ notice before your booked event.

In the unlikely event that Fields Farm Grotto needs to cancel or amend your booking (e.g. due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or venue issues), we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date or a full refund.

3. What’s Included

Each ticket includes the activities and experiences listed in the event description: festive brunch (excludes under-2s and under 6 months, drinks not included), tabletop activities, decoration making, tree planting, visit with Santa, present for children (excluding under 6 months), personal invitation letter from Santa sent in the post prior to your visit, access to play area and maze, reindeer meet, and Christmas trail.

Fields Farm reserves the right to make minor adjustments to activities, timings, or inclusions if necessary, but will always endeavour to provide an equivalent festive experience.

4. Santa Visits, Invitations, Groups & Gifts

Every child with a valid Children’s or Under-2 ticket will receive a gift.

Children under 6 months attend free of charge and will not receive a gift.

Each child with a valid booking will also receive a personal invitation letter from Santa posted to the address provided at the time of booking. Please ensure your details are correct, as we cannot accept responsibility for errors in postal delivery.

Gifts are age-appropriate and chosen with care; however, no exchanges or alternatives are available.

Photography during Santa visits is permitted. Official photos may also be taken and made available for purchase.

The grotto experience and photo opportunity can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests per visit. If you have booked a larger group, visits will be split accordingly.

5. Food & Dietary Requirements

A festive brunch is included for all paying adults and children (excludes under-2s and under 6 months). Drinks are not included in the ticket price.

All dietary requirements and allergies must be provided at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee that changes or requests made after booking will be accommodated.

While we take care to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

6. Safety, Clothing & Conduct

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times during the event.

Please follow staff instructions throughout the experience, especially around animals, in the play area, and on the Christmas trail.

For the safety of our reindeer herd and visitors, no outside food or drink may be given to the animals.

As the Christmas Trail is outdoors and may be muddy, we recommend bringing coats, jackets, and wellies to ensure you are dressed appropriately for the weather.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask visitors to leave if behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

7. Accessibility

Fields Farm Barn and Event Venue is designed to be accessible. If you have any accessibility needs, please contact us in advance so we can make arrangements for your visit.

8. Liability

Fields Farm accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit.

Visitors participate in activities at their own risk. Fields Farm will not be held liable for injuries sustained through misuse of play areas, equipment, or failure to follow staff instructions.

9. Photography & Marketing

By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to appear in any marketing material, please inform a member of staff on arrival.
